Academic Technology provides support for all Microsoft Teams–related issues including installation, sign-in problems, audio/video troubleshooting, and integration with classroom systems.
Common Issues
- Unable to join or schedule a meeting
- No audio or video detected in Teams
- Teams not opening or crashing
- Connection or authentication errors
- File or screen sharing not working
Purpose
This request form allows SWOSU faculty, staff, and students to request help with Microsoft Teams setup, troubleshooting, and classroom collaboration issues.
Procedure
Please review the common troubleshooting steps below before submitting your request. If issues persist, complete the form at the bottom of this page to reach Academic Technology.
- Restart Teams and sign back in using your SWOSU credentials.
- Check for updates under Settings > About Teams > Version.
- Verify your microphone, camera, and network settings.
- Try accessing Teams through the web: teams.microsoft.com.
- If the problem continues, submit a support request below.
